Warranty Period: From the date of receipt, leather bag products enjoy 12 months of free warranty; non-leather materials products enjoy 6 months of warranty. This covers defects in craftsmanship (such as thread detachment, non-human damage to hardware).
After-sales Scope:
Free Repair: Damage caused by craftsmanship issues will be repaired and replacement parts provided for free;
Paid Service: Damage caused by human factors (such as scratches, water stains, improper use) or beyond the warranty period will be charged for materials and labor costs;
Customized Products: Non-quality issues do not support returns or exchanges; assistance with repairs is available.
Processing Flow: Customers need to provide purchase vouchers and problem photos. The solution will be confirmed within 48 hours, and the repair period is 5-7 working days (excluding logistics time).
